Style on a Budget - with some added extras.

I've been back shooting again recently and its really got me back in the mood for blogging, I shot some of my absolute favourite looks over the past couple of weeks that'll be up on here over the next few weeks, I'm really excited to show them to you. This was by far one of my favourite looks, something with a little bit of a masculine feel (and nothing too tight) with some funky ass boots.

Its funny really I have had these boots for just over a year and have never really worn them (crazy, I know) but in all honesty, a pair of shiny gold boots don't really go with everything... I figured the easiest thing would be to just go for something really simple and monochromatic and then add the item of interest. I do this a lot with my outfits as you may have seen, like my affinity for a colourful handbag with an all black outfit.

Its funny really how much an outfit can really boost your confidence. I really haven't been feeling myself at all lately, and I am ashamed that its showing in my dedication to updating my blog for you all twice a week. I wish I could say I have been able to sit down and write like I always have been, but recently something in me doesn't feel right and its holding me back. I am making sure I am fighting through it to bring you the content you all deserve. This shoot really made me feel good, so I wanted to show it to you.

I've always felt comfortable in clothes that don't hug me, don't make me self conscious and are a little bit 'edgy' so to speak. I am not sure whether its because it feels almost like a comfort blanket or what. Would you really think that two out of the four elements of this look are from Primark? and in total cost £15? The jeans were £13 and the mens tee, £2. Its really not as hard as you might think to get some of the looks you really love without breaking the bank.

I think the main thing with looks like these, the more 'model off duty' looks we all lust over from the likes of Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid, is that a lot of the elements of the outfits we already have, or have something very similar. Just because you don't have exactly what the looks you're loving in wearing, doesn't mean what you pull off won't be just as good if not better. I've always found less is usually more. Throw together simple pieces and you really can't go wrong.

I really adore this look, I hope you do too. Style in it's simplest form! Shop the look below, and let me know of course if you want to see anything else!
