Thigh Highs and Fur Collars

I fell in love with these In The Style thigh high boots at their blogger event I went to in August, I knew they would be the perfect autumn boot. I have been wearing these with tights as I am here, as well as jeans as they just look so effortless. I am not a very tall girl myself, I am only 5ft 2/3 so I love how these make my legs look longer and just generally give me a little bit more needed height! I simply paired these with some black opaques (a girls best friend in autumn and winter!) a turtle neck dress from Primark and my black fur trimmed coat also from In The Style.

Bagwise, I wore my treasured Mini Lady Dior from Designer Exchange which is one of my most prized possessions since I bought it! Micro bags have been very popular recently and my fear was that it was going to be far too small for everything I need to carry around on the daily, however its actually very spacious (like a little Dior Tardis haha!) and hold everything I need. If you're looking to get a micro bag to downsize your arm candy, I suggest you don't order online and you go and look for one in person, as I have found that the way that the bag closes greatly increases or decreases the space in the bag, try and get one with a flap like mine or a zip at the very top of the bag! Check out if you're looking to perhaps treat yourself this christmas or just because! for a fraction of high street price.

This look is one of my favourite outfits I have worn this Autumn so far, I think its the boots! Click here to steal my boots and coat from this look, with 10% off the entire site with HAYLEIGH10 as well if you'd like! I really recommend the thigh high trend to anyone wanting to elongate their legs or give themselves a little bit more height without it looking too dressed up by choosing a pair similar to mine with a bit of a heel. Investing in a Autumn and Winter coat that cinches in at the waist either with a tie belt like mine or tailoring is a really lovely way to keep your shape under all your winter layers.

I really hope you enjoyed this outfit post and took some autumnal inspiration from it! Let me know your thoughts and what you'd like to see next up on here.
